I can hardly wait for the Sumptuous Surfaces class to start. I was like this as a kid, when it was almost time for school. And, now I have my supply list. I could have stitches with what I have, but I had to go shopping. It is always nice to have a few new things for school.
I’ve been admiring the TAST stitches all along, although I haven’t participated. I think I may jump in at the half way point and see what I can do.
I agree with Margaret about the great rsource you are creating for us.
I have never been very happy with bullion stitch but had fun playing with it. I decided to make a small picture of this one.

I finished my bullion knot samples and have posted them in my blog: http://www.readingandstitchinginil.com and in the Flikr group. I enjoyed playing with this stitch and am looking forward to the sumptuous surfaces class.
Oh Sharon, this was not a good week for stitching for me …. I had a terrible time with the bullion stitch and I think it had to do with not making a good choice in thread or fabric. But then that is what experimenting is all about. I will work on this stitch and you can see my attempt on my blog here: http://normasneedlez.blogspot.com
